Gauge how female-friendly your college's STEM/CTE programs are by taking the free WomenTech Gender Equity School Assessment.

This Assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete (see progress bar on the bottom of each page). You have the option to "Save and continue later" after your first screen, see bottom right of the screen. 



1) Focus on one career pathway per Assessment. This WomenTech Gender Equity School Assessment is only effective when answered for a single career pathway such as Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or Automotive Technology. If you'd like to self-assess on multiple career pathways, please take this Assessment multiple times.  



2) Read each statement and determine if each strategy is in place in the targeted STEM/CTE career pathway in your school. All questions are required because all of the answers are needed to give an accurate score (red * means required). Please mark "N/A" on questions that are not applicable.
